These terms apply to your use of passionsafe.com and to text messages and online services from Passion Safe Storage, 109 Elevator Road, Delisle, Saskatchewan S0L 0P0. By using the website or our online services, you agree to these terms.
Rentals
Every storage unit and parking stall rental is governed by the rental agreement you sign at move-in. If anything in these terms conflicts with your rental agreement, the rental agreement applies.
Prices and promotions
Prices shown on this website are in Canadian dollars and are plus GST unless stated otherwise. Prices, availability and promotions can change without notice. Promotions have their own terms, which are shown with the offer. The price on your signed rental agreement is the price you pay.
Payments
Rent is due on your billing date as set out in your rental agreement. If you choose automatic payments, you authorize us to charge your saved card or bank account on each billing date until you cancel. Late fees and other charges are set out in your rental agreement.
Text message program
- Program: Passion Safe Storage account notifications, including payment reminders, receipts, gate and access information, and replies to your questions.
- How to join: by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you rent online, sign your rental agreement, or contact us.
- Frequency: varies based on your account activity.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message.
- Help: reply HELP, or email one@passionsafe.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Website use
You may use this website for personal and business use related to renting storage. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or try to access accounts that are not yours. Content on this site belongs to Passion Safe Storage and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Accuracy
We work to keep information on this site accurate, including unit sizes, photos and prices, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. Unit sizes are approximate.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Passion Safe Storage is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our online services. Liability for stored goods is governed by your rental agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
